The forms and applications below are for the 22nd Annual Summer Solstice Folk Music, Dance and Storytelling Festival. We have listed them here for your convenience. Please download, print, complete and mail as needed. All forms listed below are PDF formatted.

Ticket Order Form: Use to purchase tickets for the Festival Workshops, Concerts & Dances. Discount Rates end May 1st.
Camping Application: Camping is available at the Festival Site. Don't forget to sign-up for the Camping Pot Luck!
Arts & Crafts Faire Vendor Application: It is not too late to sign up as a crafts vendor. Download your application and apply now.
Food Vendor Application: It is not too late to sign up as a food vendor. Download your application and apply now.
